Biography
Mark brings to the Cafe the experience of a 24-year appraisal career that has spanned many market cycles and includes a wide variety of often complex property types. Mark's keen eye for valuation and detail is an invaluable resource that helps his clients at the Portland Real Estate Cafe quickly and decisively identify which properties are well priced. This saves considerable time and energy and make the home search much more effective. Mark combines his knowledge of real estate with strong communication/people skills to readily share that knowledge with his clients. Mark takes pride in delivering value and results to his real estate clients and believes strongly in making the process fun and informative. Mark has deep roots in the Portland community and is a resident of the South Burlingame neighborhood. Outside of the Cafe, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
