Mortgage Market Guide for Week of March 24

This weeks Mortgage Market Guide reviews the financial markets of the previous week and which could affect the Portland Oregon real estate market.  The past weeks we saw some wild swings in both directions, but in the end fixed home loan rates came down by about .25% to end the week.
