I have preliminary market data for the month of May, 2008 for Northeast Portland Real Estate.
Highlights Include:
- $280,000 median price is approximately 2% below May 07 $285,000 median price
- 224 properties under contract (pending sales) is approximately 27% below last May’s contract sales of 308*
- Sold properties in May were on market an average of 47 days
- There are approximately 5.5 months of inventory on the market at the May sales rate

This report charts and tables with the following data: median pricing, new listing, for sale listings, pending sales, closed sales, days-on-market, and months-of-supply for Northeast Portland (RMLS Region 142) for each month from May 2006 - May 2008.
