Highlights Include:
- $390,000 median price is approximately 8% below May 07 $426,000 median price
- 125 properties under contract (pending sales) is approximately 16% below last May’s contract sales of 149*
- Sold properties in May were on market an average of 74 days
- There are approximately 5.5 months of inventory on the market at the May sales rate
