Southeast Portland Real Estate Market Report June 2008

Closed sales volume in Southeast Portland this June is 44% below June 2007, and 8% below May 2008.
Pending Sales have been essentially flat for each month from February through June 2008, while days on market have decreased slightly from 73 in February 2008 to 61 days in June 2008.
New properties listed in June 2008 is down about 12% from June 2007.
