Bob is the founder of the café. He entered the real estate profession in the prime of his professional career, first as an investors/developer and subsequently as a broker after previous professional experiences in high tech marketing (Hewlett-Packard), consumer packaged goods marketing (The Dial Corp), and Financial Services (HG Wellington & Co., Stonebridge Capital Corp.).

His classical consumer marketing experience and training helps him better position and promote client properties. The wall-street and business development experience are at the foundation of a keen financial acumen that helps him do a better job analyzing property values and negotiating favorable terms. The corporate and management experience help guide a customer service orientation and infrastructure that make it easy to do business with the cafe.

Before settling down to raise his family in Oregon, he has lived and worked in New York, Chicago, Phoenix, and Raleigh, and managed business projects in Europe and Asia. This insight helps Bob’s clients who are relocating into Portland.

Bob is a graduate of Amherst College and has an MBA from the University of Arizona. He extremely active in the community, especially with the Rotary Club of Portland, as a mentor with Portland Impact, and in his children’s schools.
