At the core of our Cafe marketing plan is civic engagement and support. We’re involved. We invest our time and resources to do our small part to give back and enrich the community we love.

We have recently started the Cafe Referral Contribution Program. It’s simple. Every time you refer business to us that results in a sale, we will make a contribution* to a charitable fund of your choosing from our approved list:

1. The Portland Rotary Charitable Trust
2. The Rotary Center for Community Empowerment
3. The Catlin Gable Annual Fund
4. The Gambol fund for scholarship and teacher development

We have plans to add more funds in the very near future. We would love to hear your recommendations.

* The median home price in Portland is approximately $300,000. We will contribute $500 to your chosen fund for each $300,000 of property value.

It’s easy to refer business to the cafe. All you have to do is pass on the name and contact information of your friend or associate who’s ready to buy or sell real estate. We’ll take it from there. We’ll make sure that you know how well cared for your friend is, and will celebrate the charitable contribution when the transaction closes.
