Real estate runs in Heather’s family, both her sister and father are heavily involved in the world of real estate.  Therefore, real estate was a natural career choice for Heather, and her background in business management, as well as education, lends itself well to the world of real estate.

On the seller side, she is honest, upfront and provides her clients with correct market data showing your home’s true market value so that you don’t chase the market as it continues to go down. On the buy side, she is assertive while negotiating the terms in her clients’ best interest.

Being a Portland native, she has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, area, and specific communities within. This allows her to provide excellent and up-to-date information to those relocating to the Portland area and assist with finding the area that fits her clients’ needs the best.

She grew up on the Eastside of Portland and currently lives in the NE Portland area. She also values participating in her community, and giving back to the community is important to her. Currently, she volunteers in the SMART reading program, working with elementary students.

She specializes in assisting sellers and buyers in and around the Portland Metro area. Her neighborhood specific knowledge and contacts will provide your property with maximum market exposure or help you find the right home for your needs. Additionally, she possesses a Master of Arts in Teaching, as well as current Teaching Credentials.
