There seems to be some really great new home construction companies here in the Portland area. Does anyone have any thoughts about ones that you may have delt with. Pros? Cons? My wife and I are moving to the Portland Area and are really interested in New Construction. Thanks for your input.

Great teachers make great schools. In Atlanta, we also work with many buyers who pick a school first and then only look for homes in that school district. We also have buyers who do not have school age children, but they want to be in a good school district, because it helps their property values. And, when it comes time to sell their homes have a tendency to sell quicker.

Back to staging- where do stagers get all those decorative preserves in glass bottles? When the zombie apocalypse comes, I am gonna grab my MLS key and take all of those out of staged properties. I could support my family for YEARS on olives and roast red peppers!

It is a wierd analogy, I know. But, Portland is kinda wierd, and we’re not afraid to borrow ideas from the dutch (e.g., becoming even more friendly to bicyclists).

I closed on Feb 9th 2009, I have read that the 15000 takes palce of the 7500. What break would I qualify for if the 15000 replaces the 7500 and it wont be available unless closing is after the bill is signed.
