We're examining and tracking sales volume, pricing, affordability, foreclosure and short-sales, job cration, migration, value risk, mortgage interest, and other macro and regional trends.
On a micro-level, we track sales, inventory, pricing, and time-on-market trends for each of the major regions and neighborhoods in metro-Portland. We supplement this with regular and consistent evaluations of the homes that we're visiting daily.

We report data by price-range within each of the regions. This is a great tool to help you understand how agressive a buyer or seller you might want or need to be, or as a tool to help you identify the focus areas for your property search.
