Portland Neighborhood Guide & Finding Homes for Sale

Portland is considered a big city by some and very managable by others.  Getting to know the various neighborhoods is a great way to start your search for Portland homes for sale.  Geographically speaking, Portland is divided into four quadrants with several outlying suburbs and communities.

Portland is divided by the Willamette Rive creating the eastside and westside, while Burnside creates the border between north and south.  Esentially, most Portlanders refer to the area the live in as by the geography or the specific neighborhood.
